Sudoku Terms of Use

1. The game and its operator

These terms govern personal use of Sudoku (Android package com.boopfun.sudoku), a puzzle game provided by BOOPFUN LIMITED. Contact us at contact@boopfun.com for questions or support.

You must be at least 13 years old to play the game, or at least 16 years old in the European Union. If you are below the applicable minimum age, do not use the game. A parent or guardian should read these terms and guide a minor's use. The game does not verify each player's age.

2. Personal use and game features

We give you permission to install and play the game on your own devices for personal entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable law. The game has no game accounts, online multiplayer or player-to-player communication. Newer Google Play versions include analytics and advertising: a banner during play, full-screen ads at certain moments, and optional rewarded ads for a second chance or an extra hint. The first offline version contains no advertising or analytics. Ad availability depends on the network.

Use the game lawfully and reasonably. Do not use it to carry out unlawful activity, infringe others' rights, distribute unauthorized copies, or disrupt its normal operation by modifying the program or tampering with saved data. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you to study or use software.

Versions that offer an optional one-time purchase through Google Play can permanently remove banner and interstitial ads. Optional rewarded videos for hints and second chances remain available. The checkout shows the applicable price and taxes. Use Restore purchases with the same Google Play account to recover the feature on a compatible installation. Refunded or revoked purchases may lose access after the game checks the store. Purchase and refund handling follow Google Play rules and applicable law. Older versions without this feature do not offer in-app purchases.

3. Intellectual property and third-party software

The program, artwork, sound and puzzle collection of this game are protected by applicable law. This permission to play does not transfer ownership of those materials.

Depending on the version, the game's interface uses Roboto or Varela Round with Noto Sans SC and Noto Sans KR, which are provided under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. That license governs the fonts; these terms do not replace it.

4. Local progress and privacy

Progress and preferences are stored on your device. Clearing app data, uninstalling, replacing or losing a device may remove your progress. We cannot restore a save from our servers because we do not operate cloud saves.

Read the Privacy Policy for local storage, analytics, advertising, deletion and support correspondence. The first offline version uses its separate privacy policy.

5. Updates, availability and consumer rights

The game is provided as is, without a guarantee of perpetual availability; if it is delisted or discontinued, the rules of the release platform apply. We may update the game to fix problems or improve it. Available features and compatibility may change with updates, subject to applicable law and store rules.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us if a problem prevents you from using the game.

6. Changes and contact

We will update this page and its effective date if these terms change, and provide any additional notice required by law. You may stop using and uninstall the game at any time.
