boopdoku Terms of Use

1. The game and its operator

These terms govern personal use of boopdoku, an offline puzzle game provided by BOOPFUN LIMITED. Contact us at contact@boopfun.com for questions or support.

You must be at least 13 years old to play the game, or at least 16 years old in the European Union. If you are below the applicable minimum age, do not use the game. A parent or guardian should read these terms and guide a minor's use. The game does not verify each player's age.

2. Personal use and game features

We give you permission to install and play the game on your own devices for personal entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable law. The game has no game accounts, in-app purchases, online multiplayer or player-to-player communication. Newer Google Play versions include analytics and advertising: banners, full-screen ads at certain transitions, and optional rewarded ads for revivals or replenishing a locator or hint. Earlier offline versions contain no advertising or analytics. Ad availability depends on the network and applicable privacy choices.

Use the game lawfully. Do not use it to infringe others' rights, distribute unauthorized copies, interfere with the software's operation or impersonate its operator. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you to study or use software.

3. Intellectual property and third-party software

Our original software, artwork and level content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. This permission to play does not transfer ownership of those materials.

The Noto Sans SC font is provided under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Its copyright notice and full license are available in the game's legal information page. That license governs the font; these terms do not replace it.

4. Local progress and privacy

Progress and preferences are stored on your device. Clearing app data, uninstalling, replacing or losing a device may remove your progress. We cannot restore a save from our servers because we do not operate cloud saves. An unfinished level may start again from its initial board after the game process closes.

Read the boopdoku Privacy Policy for local storage, analytics, advertising, deletion and support correspondence. Earlier offline versions use their separate privacy policy.

5. Updates and consumer rights

We may update the game to fix problems or improve it. Available features and compatibility may change with updates, subject to applicable law and store rules.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us if a problem prevents you from using the game.

6. Changes and contact

We will update this page and its effective date if these terms change, and provide any additional notice required by law. You may stop using and uninstall the game at any time.

您须年满 13 周岁才能游玩本游戏；欧盟用户须年满 16 周岁。未达到适用的最低年龄，请勿使用本游戏。未成年人应由家长或监护人阅读本协议并指导使用。游戏不逐一验证玩家年龄。

2. 个人使用与功能

在遵守本协议及适用法律的前提下，我们许可您在自己的设备上安装、游玩本游戏，供个人娱乐使用。本游戏没有游戏账号、内购、联网对战或玩家之间的通信功能。新版 Google Play 版本包含统计与广告：横幅、部分关卡切换时的插屏，以及用于复活或补充定位、提示的可选激励广告。早期离线版本不含广告或统计。广告是否可用取决于网络及适用的隐私选择。

请依法使用游戏。不得侵犯他人权利、传播未经授权的副本、干扰软件运行或冒充运营方。本协议不剥夺适用法律赋予您的软件研究或使用权利。

3. 知识产权与第三方软件

我们的原创程序、美术及关卡等内容受适用的知识产权法律保护。游玩许可不转移上述内容的所有权。

4. 本地进度与隐私

进度和设置保存在您的设备上。清除应用数据、卸载、更换或丢失设备可能导致进度丢失。我们没有云存档服务，无法从服务器恢复。游戏进程关闭后，未完成关卡可能从初始棋盘重新开始。

5. 更新与消费者权利

我们可能更新游戏以修复问题或改善体验。在适用法律及商店规则允许的范围内，功能和兼容性可能随更新变化。

本协议不排除或限制您依法享有且不得排除的消费者权利、救济或责任。如果遇到影响正常游玩的问题，请联系我们。

6. 协议变更与联系

本协议发生变化时，我们会更新本页面及生效日期，并提供法律要求的其他通知。您可随时停止使用并卸载游戏。
