Arrows Out Privacy Policy (App Store version)
Effective date: 16 September 2026
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
This policy covers Arrows Out, the puzzle game operated by BOOPFUN LIMITED ("we", "us"), as distributed on Apple's App Store. It describes the App Store version, which has no advertising, in-app purchases, accounts, analytics, attribution or tracking. The Google Play version of Arrows Out is covered by a separate privacy policy. This policy does not describe our other games.
For support, privacy questions or a deletion request, contact contact@boopfun.com. Our address is Rm D07, 8/F, Kai Tak Fty Building, No. 99 King Fuk Street, Sanpokong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
2. Information handled by the game
You can play without registering an account or providing personal information. The game does not collect or share players' personal data with us or third parties. It does not include advertising, purchases, behavioural analytics, attribution, tracking or social features.
The game does not request your name, email address, phone number, identity documents, date of birth or precise age. It does not access your location, photos, contacts, clipboard, microphone or camera.
To display its interface, the game reads the screen dimensions and safe area, and your device's language setting to choose the interface language. It does this on the device and does not transmit this information.
3. Local progress and settings
The game stores level progress, difficulty progression, the state of an unfinished level (such as remaining arrows, hearts and elapsed time), settings such as sound, vibration and theme, and acceptance of the terms on your device. These data let you continue playing and retain your choices. They are not uploaded to our servers. There is no game account or developer-operated cloud-save service.
4. Retention and deletion
Local game data remain on your device until you delete the app. To delete it on iPhone, touch and hold the Arrows Out icon, tap Remove App, then tap Delete App; or open Settings, go to General > iPhone Storage, select Arrows Out and tap Delete App. Menu names can vary by iOS version. Deleting the app removes your progress, preferences and acceptance record. Offloading the app keeps its data on the device, so it does not reset your progress.
Device backup and restoration are controlled by iOS and your backup settings. If an iCloud or computer backup exists, it may restore local data after reinstallation. Manage or delete those backups through your device or backup service settings.
We do not hold a server copy of your game save and cannot restore or remotely delete it. There is no game account to delete.
5. Support emails and this website
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. We use that information to respond, investigate your request and meet applicable legal obligations. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or unnecessary personal information. Parents or guardians may contact us on a child's behalf.
Our email service providers process this correspondence to deliver and store it. We keep it only as long as needed to address the request and any related legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete that correspondence by emailing the address above. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a copy or complain to a relevant privacy authority. We assess requests under the law that applies.
Opening this policy from the game launches your browser. This page uses no advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. The browser and our website hosting provider process the IP address and ordinary request information needed to deliver the page and protect the service. This web access is separate from gameplay; it does not upload your local game save.
6. Children and families
You must be at least 13 years old to play Arrows Out. In the European Union, you must be at least 16 years old. If you are below the applicable minimum age, do not use the game. We do not ask for a birth date or verify each player's age. Parents and guardians should guide minors' use and can use Screen Time and the App Store's parental controls.
If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so that we can review the request and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.
7. Platform services and security
The App Store, iOS, your browser and any backup service such as iCloud may independently process information under their own policies and your settings. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated information about app usage and crashes under Apple's terms; we do not receive information that identifies you from this. That handling is not a game-operated account, analytics or cloud-save feature. See Apple's Privacy Policy for Apple's services.
Local data are stored in the app's device storage. Protect your device with its available security controls. This policy is delivered over HTTPS. No online system or device can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Policy changes
We will update this page and its effective date if our practices change. If a future version adds data collection or sharing, we will explain it before that processing starts and provide any notice or choice required by applicable law. Agreement to the game's terms is not consent to a future advertising or analytics service.
