Arrows 3D Terms of Use

1. The game and its operator

These terms govern personal use of Arrows 3D, a single-player puzzle game provided by BOOPFUN LIMITED. Contact us at contact@boopfun.com for questions or support.

You must be at least 13 years old to play the game, or at least 16 years old in the European Union. If you are below the applicable minimum age, do not use the game. A parent or guardian should read these terms and guide a minor's use. The game does not verify each player's age.

2. Personal use and game features

We give you permission to install and play the game on your own devices for personal entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable law. The game has no accounts, in-app purchases, online multiplayer or player-to-player communication. The earlier version 26.920 has no advertising or gameplay analytics reporting. Versions from 26.1002 use advertising and analytics services described in the Privacy Policy. Rewarded ads are optional, and rewards are granted only after the ad service confirms them. Ad availability is not guaranteed.

Use the game lawfully and reasonably. Do not use it to carry out unlawful activity, infringe others' rights, distribute unauthorized copies, or disrupt its normal operation by modifying the program or tampering with saved data. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you to study or use software.

3. Intellectual property and third-party software

The name, program, artwork, sound and level content of this game are protected by applicable law. This permission to play does not transfer ownership of those materials.

The game's interface font combines Varela Round, Noto Sans SC and Noto Sans KR, which are provided under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. That license governs the fonts; these terms do not replace it.

4. Local progress and privacy

Progress and preferences are stored on your device. Clearing app data, uninstalling, replacing or losing a device may remove your progress. We cannot restore a save from our servers because we do not operate cloud saves.

For versions with analytics and advertising, read the BOOPFUN Privacy Policy. The earlier offline version 26.920 continues to use its independent privacy policy.

5. Updates, availability and consumer rights

This is a single-player product provided as is, without a guarantee of perpetual availability; if it is delisted or discontinued, the rules of the release platform apply. We may update the game to fix problems or improve it. Available features and compatibility may change with updates, subject to applicable law and store rules.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us if a problem prevents you from using the game.

6. Changes and contact

We will update this page and its effective date if these terms change, and provide any additional notice required by law. You may stop using and uninstall the game at any time.
